If you are having trouble submitting your entry for the Must Be Dreamin’ competition, please troubleshoot by considering the following:
File Type:
Is your file the wrong format?
We accept submissions of these file types:
.doc
.docx
File Size:
Is your file too big?
The maximum file size is 512MB.
Please don’t include images in your file as it can make the file too large.
Cookies:
Do you have stale cookies filling up your browser?
Try using an incognito tab to enter and complete checkout.
